What is Screen Time :

Screen time includes usage of smartphones, playing video games, watching television etc.

Excess screen time is the major problem we commonly see in kids and adults these days.It ranges from 3 to 5 hours a day.

Parents give children their own gadgets thinking if the children are busy using those gadgets they don’t create any mess, they keep calm for a while.

Have screen free days maybe once in a while. For example, you can have one day a week. Make sure you are engaged with family and friends other than screens during those screen free days.
